What this website does
This is a static information site. It does not provide accounts, online booking, payments, an application backend, or advertising pixels. Cloudflare provides the hosting, security, and limited website analytics described below.
Information you choose to provide
The website displays our email address as plain text so you can copy it into the email service you choose. The site does not open an email application, transmit a message, or store contact information.
If you send an email or place a call, we receive the information you decide to provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, message, and training interests. Your chosen email or telephone provider and our receiving email provider also handle that communication under their own terms and privacy practices.
Browser preference
When you dismiss the announcement at the top of the homepage, the site stores one non-identifying dismissal flag in your browser's session storage. It is used only to keep the announcement closed during that browser session. Kickers does not receive it, and it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Hosting, security, and website analytics
Cloudflare delivers and protects this site. When you visit, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, traffic-routing data, system configuration, request details, and security or network data. Cloudflare may also run JavaScript detections, present browser challenges, or use strictly necessary security cookies when relevant bot or network protections are triggered.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to measure page views and site performance. Its browser
beacon collects timing metrics and related visit dimensions and reports them to Cloudflare
through this site's /cdn-cgi/rum endpoint. The configured automatic setup
excludes visitor data from the European Union. Kickers does not use advertising analytics,
custom analytics events, or analytics cookies, and Cloudflare states that this service does
not track individual visitors across its customers' sites. Cloudflare handles its data under
the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
How information is used
Information you send directly may be used to:
- respond to your inquiry;
- discuss group Muay Thai training or private lessons;
- coordinate current scheduling, location, pricing, and participation details;
- maintain ordinary business records, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Sharing and sale
Kickers does not sell or rent personal information received through website communications and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be handled by Cloudflare, by the email or telephone providers involved in a communication, by service providers needed for ordinary business operations, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention
The local announcement preference ends with the browser session. Communications you send may be kept only as reasonably needed to respond, arrange training, maintain ordinary records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Cloudflare and communications providers retain information under their own terms and policies.
Your choices
You may browse without sending contact information. You may close the tab or clear site data to remove the local announcement preference. Because this site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the site's behavior. Browser or content-blocking tools may prevent the analytics beacon from loading.
Depending on applicable law, you may ask about access, correction, or deletion of information we control by emailing contact@kickersfitness.com. Some records may be kept where legally permitted or required.
Security and changes
Kickers uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to this small static site and its ordinary communications, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. This policy may be updated as the site or its practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
